Returns and refunds

The Ciege Shop Refunds & Returns Policy

Since all items are made-to-order through Printful, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind or sizing issues.

What we do cover:

    •    Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund.

    •    Missing items: If your order doesn’t arrive, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, and we’ll help track it or issue a replacement.

Refund Timing:

    •    Refunds are processed through Big Cartel/Stripe and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your original payment method.

How to request a refund/replacement:

    •    Email info@ciegeproductions.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

    •    Our team will review and respond within 3 business days.

We stand behind our products and will make it right if there’s a defect, damage, or missing item, but we cannot accept returns for personal preference or sizing changes.
